art. It is a basic skill affecting all aspects of our business life and
relationships. Words, gestures, appearance, and body language all "speak"
volumes as to our intent, state of mind, and attitude. Learning to recognize
these conscious and unconscious cues, as well as paying attention to others’
signals, make us better communicators and leaders.
In this seminar, you
will learn the skills needed to communicate as a leader and give you tools
to improve your relationships.

together is a challenge in organizations and the workplace today. Like
building a house, building a team starts from the ground up using diverse
talents, skills, and personal working styles of the individual participant.
Strong teams develop an atmosphere of open communication, trust and
accountability in the mist of this variety.
In this seminar, you
will: learn how to form a team, identify the role and responsibilities of
the members, and work with different personality types. Create ways to
encourage teamwork through open communication. Learn how to handle conflicts
effectively and develop decision-making skills.
Objectives:
- Communicate in a
team; identify the factors affecting team communication, and use
supportive and effective communication.
- Identify how
verbal and nonverbal communication work together, use active listening
skills, and respond productively to input.
- Resolve and handle
team conflicts by using different conflict resolution styles.
- Identify rules for
collective decision-making, the elements of team decision-making, and
use different decision-making methods.
